- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Real Estate preferred.
- Previous experience in Title, Deeds, Record Search is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficient in computer applications and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
