Security Field Supervisor

The Security Field Supervisor oversees a mixed-site portfolio and manages the daily operations of security personnel across assigned locations. Reporting to the Security Director, this role conducts local site visits, supports staff performance and development, maintains compliance with security standards, and responds effectively to incidents and changing security needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel and ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures.
• Train new security officers and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Conduct local site inspections to assess security measures, equipment, vulnerabilities, and compliance with safety standards.
• Investigate security incidents, document findings, gather evidence, and interview witnesses.
• Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
• Manage security operations across a mixed-site portfolio and adapt to changing security needs.
• Provide effective team leadership, communication, and problem-solving support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in security operations.
• Associate degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.
• State security guard license.
• Knowledge of security operations, report writing, emergency response, team leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
