Premiere Security Services, Inc. is seeking experienced and professional Security Officers to join our team. We proudly provide top-tier security services throughout the DMV area, upholding our commitment to excellence, professionalism, and community safety.
Position Overview
We are currently hiring for a full-time overnight Security Officer to provide patrol services at a shopping center. This position plays a key role in ensuring a safe environment for tenants, customers, and property assets.
Schedule (40 Hours)
· Friday & Saturday
· 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
· Saturday & Sunday
· 7:00am - 3:00pm
Responsibilities
· Provide unarmed security services to protect the property, tenants, and guests.
· Conduct regular foot patrols to detect, deter, and report unauthorized activity.
· Check in with tenants and maintain positive communication.
· Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
· Maintain a visible presence to deter loitering, theft, and criminal activity.
· Enforce property security policies, procedures, and parking regulations.
· Collaborate with local law enforcement as necessary.
Requirements
· Must hold an active Maryland Guard Card (in-hand at interview).
· Prior security experience required.
· Strong conflict management and de-escalation skills.
· Ability to walk/stand for extended periods.
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
· Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
· Must pass a background check and drug screening.
· Must be able to operate a smartphone for reporting, communication, and documentation purposes.
· Must maintain a well-groomed, clean-cut appearance that reflects a professional image at all times while on duty.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
