Position Overview:

Premiere Plus Realty, a 22-year-old independent real estate brokerage, has built a reputation as a leader in providing exceptional support to Florida Realtors®. We empower our agents with unparalleled tools, resources, and service to help them manage and grow their businesses. Premiere Plus Realty is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Training Support Broker - with a focus on training and education to join our Broker Support Team. This Tier 2 position provides daily support to associates while specializing in education and professional development. This broker is passionate about teaching, hosting classes, and building resources that help associates succeed in their businesses. Our Brokers serve as mentors and resources, working collaboratively with the Managing Broker and support staff to provide quick, accurate, and empowering service to our associates.

Compensation: 

  • $58,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus potential for sales bonuses
  • This is a non-compete role: Brokers in this position may not actively sell or list real estate, with the exception of facilitating occasional transactions for immediate family or close friends, subject to Managing Broker approval.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as a daily support resource for associates with questions related to contracts, Florida real estate law, MLS policies, and general practice

· Respond to associate inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits in a timely, respectful, and solution-oriented manner

· Review listing and sales files in our file management system (e.g., Transact) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

· Address and resolve minor compliance issues or escalate to Managing Broker when appropriate

· Provide guidance on difficult customer situations, disputes, form usage, and compensation structure

· Design, host, and deliver training sessions (in-person and online) for associates and compliance staff

· Develop presentations, guides, and training materials in collaboration with the Broker Support Team

· Mentor associates on professional practices, business growth, and effective transaction management

· Collaborate with the Managing Broker to interpret policy changes, implement best practices, and uphold company standards

· Support company-wide training programs, including onboarding and continuing education initiatives

· Stay current on adult learning methods and incorporate innovative techniques into training delivery

· Support communication and coordination between departments to ensure consistent information is shared with associates

· Help document and update training resources, SOPs, or internal guides as needed

· Provide feedback and coaching to associates to promote professional growth and minimize compliance risk

· Assist the Managing Broker in maintaining a positive and supportive culture among associates and staff

· Occasionally support escalated issues or brokerage representation requests if the Managing Broker is unavailable

· Stay informed on industry trends, legal updates, and emerging best practices

· Attend relevant trainings, board events, or approved online courses to maintain a high level of professional knowledge and bring valuable insights back to the team

· The Managing Broker may temporarily shift responsibilities within the team as needed to ensure uninterrupted associate support.

Qualifications:

· Willing and able to serve in a non-competing capacity (no active sales or listings except for approved family/friend transactions)

· Active Florida Real Estate Broker license required

· Minimum 3 years of real estate sales or broker-level experience

· Strong understanding of Florida real estate contracts, disclosures, and MLS policies

· Familiarity with real estate transaction platforms (e.g., Form Simplicity, Transact, ZipForms, etc.)

· Experience in public speaking, teaching, or facilitating workshops (real estate education background preferred)

· Skilled in developing training materials, presentations, and digital resources

· Understanding of adult learning methods and ability to adapt training for different experience levels

· Confidence leading both small group trainings and large classroom-style sessions

· Committed to ongoing professional development through local board training, webinars, or continuing education (subject to Managing Broker approval)

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills

· Ability to work with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

· Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams

· Prior experience in a real estate agent management or support is preferred
