What You’ll Do – Lead Execution. Drive Readiness.
- Direct and manage all Division 26E field operations through Foremen, field leadership, self-perform crews, subcontractors, and supporting trade partners.
- Own Enabling Infrastructure Delivery
- Lead installation and coordination activities related to:
- Lead short-interval planning, daily production tracking, and look-ahead scheduling activities to maintain alignment with project milestones and release requirements.
- Maintain Project Readiness
- Coordinate Multi-Trade Interfaces
- Establish Installation Discipline
- Resolve Execution Risks
- Maintain Daily Project Visibility
- Implement corrective actions and recovery strategies when schedule performance, production output, or project milestones are at risk.
- Manage Subcontractor Performance
- Support Testing & Turnover Activities
- Coach and mentor Foremen and frontline leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and build scalable execution teams.
Systems & Infrastructure You'll Support
- Enabling infrastructure, conveyance systems, grounding and bonding systems, and prerequisite installation packages
- Data centers and highly complex infrastructure projects requiring disciplined execution and coordination
- Cross-functional coordination supporting Division 27, Division 28, logistics teams, field engineering, and related construction trades
- Readiness gates, production sequencing, and work release strategies designed to maintain controlled execution
- Punch management, commissioning support, system readiness, and project closeout processes
What You Bring
- 8–12 years of experience in construction execution, field operations, or mission-critical infrastructure environments
- Demonstrated experience managing Division 26, electrical, or low-voltage field execution scopes
- Proven ability to lead both self-perform crews and subcontracted field operations
- Strong understanding of Division 26E systems, enabling infrastructure, grounding and bonding systems, and installation dependencies
- Strong field leadership presence with the ability to assess workface conditions and drive execution discipline
- Experience managing room readiness, release-to-work sequencing, and production-driven construction environments
- Strong subcontractor management experience including manpower planning, sequencing control, quality oversight, and closeout management
- Experience coordinating across multiple trades in technically complex environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated success identifying and removing execution blockers
- Proven ability to mentor and develop Foremen and field leadership teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to drive accountability across teams and stakeholders
- Ability to balance schedule urgency with quality, safety, and turnover objectives
- High attention to detail with strong planning and organizational discipline
- Demonstrated ability to manage work through release and turnover gates rather than simply labor progress metrics
- Background in data center or large-scale infrastructure projects strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Division 27 and Division 28 interface work preferred
- Experience supporting commissioning, testing, and turnover-driven environments preferred
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Trade background, electrical experience, or equivalent field progression strongly preferred
