Job Description: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team at the Public Building Authority (PBA) sites. Positions available include General Cleaners and Day Porters. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of office-type buildings, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities: General Cleaner / Day Porter:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.
• Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for General Cleaners/Day Porters.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
