Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin (Botox) with precision, adhering to all safety protocols and industry best practices
• Administer aesthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other advanced skin care procedures to meet client needs per experience level
• Provide comprehensive consultations to assess client goals, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and proper sterilization of all equipment to ensure client safety and compliance with health regulations
• Manage client appointments efficiently
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their results and satisfaction
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications in areas like Tox, dermal fillers and other aesthetic services
• Support front desk operations by assisting with guest services, retail sales, product demos, and social media management to promote the practice’s brand

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in the beauty or med spa industry with a strong background in injection administration (dermal fillers and Botox)
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or medical aesthetics as required by local regulations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatment options and aftercare instructions
• Strong customer service orientation combined with hospitality skills for guest engagement and retention
• Experience with retail sales strategies including upselling skincare products or treatment packages
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times
