Premier Yacht Management is seeking a mechanically inclined, hands-on individual to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and has experience in trades such as mechanics, flooring, or general construction.
What You’ll Do:
Perform basic mechanical work on boats and marine systems
Assist with engine flush systems and maintenance
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Assist with flooring-related tasks (marine decking, surface prep, installs when needed)
Support detailing and service teams as needed
Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
Mechanically inclined (engines, tools, equipment, or similar experience)
Experience in flooring, construction, or skilled trades is a plus
Strong work ethic and reliability
Comfortable working outdoors and on/around water
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Valid driver’s license preferred
Bonus Points If You Have
Marine or boating experience
Flooring installation (vinyl, teak-style marine decking, epoxy, etc.)
Experience with pressure washers, pumps, or engines
General handyman or trade background
