Compensation You Can Count On
We offer a transparent, competitive, and motivating pay structure:
- Total Expected Earnings: $15–$20 /hour on average
- Base Pay: $13/hour
- Commission: Uncapped commission, with typical earnings adding an extra $3–$8/hour
- Bilingual Spanish Pay Differential available
