Premier Wellness Centers is seeking a motivated Rehabilitation Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team of chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, and rehabilitation professionals.
This position is ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals pursuing careers in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or related healthcare fields.
What You'll Do
- Assist with patient rehabilitation and recovery programs
- Set up and monitor therapeutic modalities, including:
- Electrical Stimulation
- Moist Heat Therapy
- Spinal Decompression
- Hako-Med Therapy
- Assist providers with SoftWave Tissue Regeneration treatments
- Support patient triage and intake processes
- Escort patients through their treatment plans
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
- Perform chiropractic assistant duties under provider supervision
- Deliver exceptional patient service and help create a positive patient experience
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Background in Sports Medicine, Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Anatomy, or a related healthcare field
- Current students or graduates pursuing healthcare careers are encouraged to apply
Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the day
