We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented professional to lead our marketing, referral development, community outreach, and patient acquisition initiatives.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for someone who can build relationships, create content, manage digital marketing systems, represent our brand in the community, and drive measurable growth.

The Director of Growth & Community Relations is responsible for increasing patient volume, strengthening referral partnerships, managing digital marketing initiatives, and expanding community awareness of Premier Wellness Centers.
This individual will serve as the face of our marketing efforts both online and in the community.
Success in this role will be measured by growth, referral development, lead generation, community engagement, and marketing performance.
- Develop relationships with physicians, attorneys, employers, and community organizations
- Conduct provider visits and relationship-building meetings
- Organize and host lunch-and-learn presentations
- Attend networking events, chamber meetings, health fairs, and community functions
- Represent Premier Wellness Centers at community events and sponsorship opportunities
- Develop new strategic referral partnerships
- Reactivate dormant referral relationships
- Maintain consistent communication with referral partners
- Track referral activity and referral source performance
- Create referral growth strategies
- Develop referral appreciation and retention initiatives
- Generate measurable increases in active referral sources and referral volume
- Manage website updates and content
- Build and optimize landing pages
- Manage lead funnels and conversion systems
- Create and monitor marketing campaigns
- Oversee SEO initiatives
- Monitor lead flow and conversion performance
- Improve funnel conversion rates
- Capture photos and video content within the clinic
- Shoot B-roll footage for advertisements and social media
- Create social media content and campaigns
- Coordinate patient success stories and testimonials
- Manage content calendars
- Support graphic design and marketing collateral creation
- Coordinate workshops, community events, sponsorships, and promotional activities
- Assist with golf tournaments, health fairs, educational presentations, and networking events
- Ensure events generate measurable leads and brand exposure
- Produce monthly growth scorecards
- Track marketing ROI
- Monitor referral source performance
- Track lead generation metrics
- Report on patient acquisition performance
- Present recommendations for ongoing growth initiatives
- 3 years of marketing, business development, community relations, or growth-focused experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing content
- Comfortable attending networking events and representing the organization publicly
- Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition principles
- Healthcare marketing experience
- Chiropractic, wellness, medical, or personal injury industry experience
