Branch Manager

Premier Waterworks, Inc. is expanding into Amarillo and seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations, drive sales growth, and ensure outstanding customer service. This position oversees daily branch functions, supervises staff, supports outside sales, manages inventory, and coordinates project and material delivery for municipal utility customers and contractors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead branch operations, staff oversight, and workflow delegation
- Support outside sales and facilitate the full sales-to-project cycle
- Manage open orders, customer communication, and issue resolution
- Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and municipal clients
- Handle estimating, take-offs, pricing, and proposal support
- Prospect new business through calls, emails, and networking
- Coordinate procurement, production, and shipping for timely project delivery
- Maintain proper inventory levels and oversee branch P&L performance
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing operations and personnel
- Background in water, wastewater, or related utility industries preferred
- Strong Sales ability, leadership, communication, and customer-service skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to influence sales and build long-term relationships
- Experience managing budgets a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; project management skills a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
