Role Description the Optical Sales Rep is a full-time, on-site role based in West Valley City, UT. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with optometry and eyeglass dispensing offices, presenting lens and lab services, and providing product education tailored to each practice’s needs. The Optical Sales Rep will conduct in-person visits and follow-up calls, manage a territory sales pipeline, prepare quotes, and support customers with order status, pricing, and basic troubleshooting. Responsibilities include collaborating with lab operations to ensure timely delivery, gathering customer feedback to improve service offerings, and participating in trainings and industry events to stay current on optical products and trends.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in sales, account management, and customer relationship building within a B2B environment.
- Knowledge of optical products, lenses, coatings, and eyeglass dispensing processes, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
