- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including and importantly onboarding and off boarding candidates.
- Effective verbal and written Communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external partners.
- Demonstrated Customer Service aptitude for addressing employee needs and inquiries professionally.
- Knowledge of compliance with labor laws and any relevant regulations.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in a transportation, logistics, or similar industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
