Premier Trade Services is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to join our Richmond team!
We specialize in connecting skilled trades professionals with opportunities in the construction industry. From electricians and plumbers to HVAC technicians and other skilled tradespeople, our recruiters play a key role in keeping projects staffed and people working.
What You'll Do:
- Recruit skilled trades professionals for construction projects.
- Source candidates through job boards, phone calls, referrals, social media, and creative recruiting strategies.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and evaluate qualifications.
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain an active pipeline of skilled workers.
- Coordinate hiring paperwork, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements.
- Work closely with your branch team to fill open positions and meet staffing needs.
- Keep candidate records accurate, organized, and up to date.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate confidently in both languages.
- Outgoing, motivated, and comfortable spending time on the phone.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and learning new systems.
- A competitive spirit, positive attitude, and willingness to take initiative.
- Recruiting, staffing, construction, or skilled trades experience is a plus!
