About the Shop
- Established, high-volume shop generating $500K–$650K monthly revenue

Compensation & Earning Potential
- Competitive Base Salary Commission; based on monthly GP percentage
- Total Compensation: 6 Figure plus potential

Schedule
- Monday – Friday, half-crew Saturday rotation (team-balanced approach)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and build strong, long-term relationships
- Write accurate repair orders and communicate recommended services clearly
- Present estimates and close sales with confidence and integrity
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
- Maintain high ARO and production standards
- Deliver exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer
- Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and clients simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented attitude with a high level of accountability
- Dealership or high-volume shop experience is a plus
