Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program
- Current COTA/OTA licensure in Ohio
- CPR preferred; strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing/senior care is a plus

Your Typical Shift
You’ll start by reviewing the day’s schedule and notes, then move between resident rooms and therapy spaces to guide purposeful, hands-on sessions. Throughout the shift, you’ll coordinate quick touchpoints with the OT and interdisciplinary team, adjust the flow as needs change, and finish by completing timely documentation so the next clinician has a clear picture of progress.
