Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions and service requests
- Schedule appointments and update customer accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Support office operations and team members as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous CSR or office experience preferred
- Ability to work 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
