About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Bookkeeper to support our team during tax season. This role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete posting processes
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule & Duration:
- 8-hour shifts (9am-5pm)
- Position runs from January 2026 to April 15th, 2026
Compensation:
- $25-$30 hr based on experience.
