Our expertise spans contract/temporary, temporary-to-permanent, permanent, and payrolling services, and we are dedicated to promoting equitable hiring practices on a national scale.
- Write and proofread blog posts about company products and services
- Create promotional text for online ads, banners, brochures and social networks
- Submit well-structured drafts to senior copywriters and editors within deadlines
- Update existing content on company web pages
- Participate in email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with designers to complement text with images, graphics and charts, as needed
- Work experience as a Junior Copywriter, Content Writer or similar role
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Solid time-management skills
- Familiarity with social media for business
- An ability to describe product features in a creative and informative way
- 100% remote but must work PST hours
- Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva or similar program
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, or interested to learn
- Proficiency in Mailchimp or a similar program
- Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, Blue Sky) and social media management tools (Hootsuite)
- Science writing experience a plus
- Flexibility to accommodate emergency communications in the event of a major earthquake outside normal staff hours
- $26.67 - $28.33 /hour Pay Rate
