You’ll be running in-home appointments across HVAC, boilers, water heaters, IAQ, and more.
Some calls will be straightforward. Some won’t.
The difference is you don’t get rattled.
You ask good questions.
You listen.
You lead the conversation.
And when it’s time… you confidently ask for the sale.
Let’s be real for a second…

“I’ll send you a quote and follow up later…”
This won’t work.
If your style is:
“Let’s figure out what actually makes sense and make a decision today…”
You’ll do very well here.
You’ll have:
Pre-qualified leads
Real opportunity in the home
The ability to make strong money
But none of that matters if you don’t close.
This role is for someone who:
Takes ownership of their results
Follows up like their income depends on it (because it does)
Doesn’t need someone checking in every five minutes
And wants to be paid based on performance—not time

Have experience in in-home sales (HVAC, construction, or similar is a big plus)
Know how to build trust quickly with homeowners
Are confident asking for the sale and actually doing it
Can control a conversation without being pushy or awkward
Follow up without being reminded
Take ownership of your numbers (no excuses, no blame)
Are comfortable working 100% commission
You MUST have:
A valid driver’s license
Basic comfort with technology (we use ServiceTitan and mobile tools in the field)
Bonus points if you:
Have HVAC or home services experience
Have sold high-ticket items in the home before
Understand financing conversations and how to guide customers through them
This role will NOT be a fit if you:
Avoid asking for the sale
Get uncomfortable talking about money
Rely on sending quotes instead of closing
Need constant direction or supervision
Want a base salary safety net
