The Role
We’re searching for an HVAC New Construction Foreman who can lead by example.
You’ll coordinate projects, mentor installers, and ensure our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency are met on every site. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance technical skill with people leadership — someone who can run the job, not let the job run them.
What You’ll Do
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of HVAC install crews on residential and light commercial projects
Manage jobsite safety, quality, and efficiency
Work with project managers and coordinators to align materials, schedules, and manpower
Oversee layout, duct fabrication, equipment setting, and final system startup and commissioning
Conduct site walkthroughs and track progress with accountability
Mentor apprentices and journeyman installers to elevate team performance
Represent Premier professionally with builders, contractors, and homeowners

Requirements:
Minimum five years of residential or commercial HVAC installation experience
Proven experience leading install teams or managing job sites
Strong understanding of duct design, controls, and HVAC systems
Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
Journeyman HVAC License or equivalent experience
Experience with zoning, mini-splits, and VRF systems
OSHA 10 Certification or higher
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar platforms
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $42 – $50 per hour (DOE)
Additional: Overtime Pay, Company Vehicle or Allowance (for qualified candidates), Tool Allowance
