The Work (Yeah, We Do That Too)
You’ll lead retrofit installs, mentor apprentices, and work with furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, humidifiers, and IAQ products. It’s high-skill, high-impact work where precision and pride matter. Cutting corners isn’t our style — we do it right, or we don’t do it. Period.
What It Takes to Join Us
3–5 years in HVAC (at least 2 in retrofit installs).
1 year leading or training apprentices.
EPA Universal Certification.
A clean driving record ability to lift 75 lbs.
Bonus points: OSHA training or mechanical school.
