Reports to: Finance Director
Position Summary: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
· 3 years’ of accounting experience
· Experience with financial and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
· Experience and proficiency in MS Office products
· Ability to work from home as this position is primarily remote with some in person meetings at the corporate office
Responsibilities:
· Support month-end close activities and assist with preparation of financial statements
· Investigate and reconcile budget variances
· Process inventory transfers and allocations
· Responsible for set up of new inventory items
· Assist with tax filings and audits
· Monitor cash flow and support forecasting efforts
· Ensure accurate tracking and analysis of labor
· Prepare preliminary annual budgets
