Field Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers directly on cellular and wireless products, utilizing the benefits our services offer
- Connect with customers to understand their communication needs and lifestyle, identifying the best AT&T products and services to meet those desires
- Become an expert on AT&T's latest wireless devices, rate plans, and accessory offerings, effectively communicating features and benefits to customers
- Drive sales in local areas by presenting and demonstrating AT&T's services, confidently closing sales, and processing new activations, upgrades, and add-on services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals, sharing best practices and contributing to a supportive and energetic work environment.
Field Account Manager Trainee Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales environment, customer service, account management neighborhood sales, retail, or an equivalent role is a plus
- Communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of customers.
- Comfortable being on feet for long periods
- Strong desire to learn and excel in a role
