In this on-site, direct sales role, you’ll work with AT&T one of the most trusted names in telecommunications to build real, in-person connections with local customers. As an AT&T Team Member, you will personally introduce customers to AT&T’s wireless solutions, helping them enroll in the right products and plans while ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:

• In this full-time sales role, you will engage with customers face-to-face to drive growth for AT&T’s wireless services and expand their local market presence.
• Work with customers to explain the different benefits, perks, and features available
• Enroll customers into services that fit their daily needs while building relationships with them for long-term customer success
• As a AT&T Team Member, process sales orders for customers at their place of residence to get them set up with ease
• Assist with wireless account setup, service upgrades, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and wireless transactions
• Represent AT&T wireless services with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset

AT&T Team Member Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, canvassing, and sales experience are a plus, but not required
• Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members
• Genuine interest in helping customers and solving problems
• Time management skills to answer customers' questions promptly
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales and customer service
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
