AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- In this full-time sales role, you will engage with customers face-to-face to drive growth for AT&T’s wireless services and expand their local market presence.
- Work with customers to explain the different benefits, perks, and features available
- Enroll customers into services that fit their daily needs while building relationships with them for long-term customer success
- As a AT&T Customer Service Representative process sales orders for customers at their place of residence to get them set up with ease
- Assist with wireless account setup, service upgrades, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and wireless transactions
- Represent AT&T wireless services with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset
AT&T Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, canvassing, and sales experience are a plus, but not required
- Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members
- Genuine interest in helping customers and solving problems
- Time management skills to answer customers' questions promptly
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales and customer service
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,200.00 per month
