As an Account Associate - Entry Level, you immerse yourself in AT&T’s mobile smartphone training to successfully manage a team of wireless sales experts. The Account Associate - Entry Level will then participate in direct sales activities, helping neighbors choose the best data plans for their specific lifestyles. Learning to manage a fast-paced sales environment ensures that the Account Associate - Entry Level’s sales presentations remain professional and effective.
Responsibilities of the Account Associate - Entry Level
- Interact with customers to present AT&T smartphones and data plans while contributing to team sales and learning to manage customer needs.
- Support team members by helping manage daily sales activities, ensuring consistent messaging and professional engagement with customers.
- Assist in reinforcing sales techniques by providing peer support and helping manage team confidence during outreach efforts.
- Help manage the customer enrollment experience, ensuring AT&T mobile solutions are clearly explained while maintaining steady sales progress.
- Track and review sales performance metrics and customer insights to better manage outreach effectiveness and team improvement.
- Work with Account Associate - Entry Levels to manage team expectations, improve sales execution, and support long-term AT&T wireless growth.
Qualifications of the Account Associate - Entry Level
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in sales or management is a plus.
- Strong listening skills to support both sales decisions and team coaching.
- Dependable leadership style that reflects AT&T’s standards in sales outreach.
- Organized approach to managing customer details and ensuring accurate plan selections.
Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,800.00 per month
