Welder

We are seeking a skilled and certified Welder with strong attention to detail for precision welding work on electronic components and assemblies. This is a travel contract role located in Newark, NY, ideal for someone experienced in fine welding tasks and high-accuracy production environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding on small or delicate components used in electronic assemblies
• Follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Inspect completed welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and compliance with quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• Welding certification required
• Experience welding components for electronics, medical devices, aerospace, or similar precision work is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and steady hand coordination
• Ability to work 9–10 hour shifts and be open to varied schedules
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
