Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality welding on small or delicate components used in electronic assemblies
- Follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Inspect completed welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and compliance with quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements
- Welding certification required
- Experience welding components for electronics, medical devices, aerospace, or similar precision work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and steady hand coordination
- Ability to work 9–10 hour shifts and be open to varied schedules
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
