B2B SaaS Account Executive – Insurance Technology - Please note this is NOT a manager level role

100% onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL (no relo). Looking for atleast 3 years experience in B2B Sales with SaaS platform along with generating new sales leads

Key Asks

Insurance Experience

  • Life, Health, Disability, or Property/Casualty (P&C) is fine
  • Understanding of insurance compliance/regulations is a plus
  • Experience selling into insurance-related businesses (agents, brokers, carriers, MGAs)

SaaS or Enterprise Sales Experience

  • Must have experience selling Software and/or SaaS products.
  • Must have true Enterprise B2B experience (multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles)
  • Full sales cycle from prospecting → demo → close → renew/expand

Full Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Prospecting / lead generation / outbound capability is a must
  • Ability to manage pipeline, forecast, close, and expand accounts

Outbound / Hunter Mindset

  • Comfortable cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach
  • Can create and nurture pipeline independently

✔ 3–8 years in B2B SaaS

✔ Mostly enterprise or mid-market

✔ 70% of career in B2B (not consumer)

✔ Has quota numbers

✔ Talks about pipeline aggressively

✔ Mentions outbound, cold calls, booking meetings

✔ Has closed 5–6 figure ARR deals

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales/Account Specialist to drive business growth and expand our client base within the insurance industry. This role focuses on selling our insurance licensing and compliance SaaS platform to agents, agencies, carriers, Managing General Agents (MGAs), and other insurance distribution models. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance compliance, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to engage with potential clients and close deals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3 years of B2B sales experience in the software technology and insurance industry, preferably in licensing, compliance, or related solutions.
  • Experience selling SaaS products required or Enterprise Sales experience. And Full sales Cycle experience is a must
  • Strong understanding of insurance licensing processes, compliance regulations, and industry organizations (NAIC, NIPR).
  • Proven ability to deliver effective product demos and sales presentations.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance sector.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their licensing and compliance needs.
  • Follow up with potential and past leads to convert them into customers.
  • Experience selling into the insurance industry (agencies, carriers, MGAs)
  • Background in compliance, regulatory, fintech, or workflow automation software
  • Understanding of insurance licensing or regulatory environments
  • Experience attending industry conferences or trade events
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
