The New Development Sales Associate represents both the company and developer to prospective clients. This position is full-time with a commission pay structure.

Requirements:
· Experience and comfort with customer relationship management software and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
· Ability to work evenings and weekends
· Four-year college degree preferred, high school required
· Florida Real Estate Sales License required
· Valid driver’s license required
· Successful track record of on-site new residential sales experience strongly preferred
· Knowledge of new home construction is preferred
· Successful completion of background check
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
