Job Description:
The Managing Broker is responsible for the selection, development, and support of all Sales Associates and oversight of all operations. The ideal candidate is a real estate professional who is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of leading top associates and extensive experience in high-end luxury home sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s listings and all Real Estate transactions
- Motivating and leading a team of Real Estate Sales Associates to outperform established office sales goals
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a unique culture and Sotheby’s International Realty standards.
- Leading strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high producing and high potential Real Estate agents
- Provide business development and financial management consulting to agents, helping them make dramatic growth in their personal production and performance
- Promote a strong customer-focused environment and ensure that agents have access to training and educational goals
- Maintain a positive and empowering environment that challenges Associates to reach their potential
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of Real Estate Management or Managing Broker experience at a large, high-producing office
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker's License in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in leadership in the field of Real Estate sales and marketing is preferred but not required
- Significant experience leading top sales professionals in a luxury market to be considered
- Experience in training and coaching sales advisors
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills; impeccable grammar, both verbal and written
- Project Management, leadership, creative and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and general computer proficiency
