The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who leads from the front, builds strong teams, and takes pride in running a successful operation.
You’ll have full ownership of day-to-day performance — from developing your team to delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving results.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations with a focus on efficiency and consistency
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, engaged team
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold service standards
- Manage budgets, control food and labor costs, and oversee inventory
- Lead catering operations, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution
- Drive local store marketing and build relationships in the community
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Represent the restaurant in community events, partnerships, and local outreach efforts
What You Bring
- 2 years of Restaurant Manager experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage operations, people, and performance
- Solid understanding of cost controls and financial metrics
- Hands-on, energetic leadership style
- Ability to stay active on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
