Winter Seasonal- Sidewalk Crew

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill our sidewalk crew positions. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible pathways during the winter months. As an employee, you will be responsible for clearing snow using tractors and/or shovels and salting sidewalks/entryways, ensuring that our clients can navigate their properties safely and efficiently. All accounts are commercial businesses, so no residential. Pay to be determined based on experience and availability. MUST have a valid drivers license with reliable transportation, and be available on call (days, nights, and weekends). Applicant must be able to reliably commute to the shop when called in for work in a timely matter.

Duties

• Clear snow from entryways, sidewalks, and other designated areas using shovels and other equipment.
• Maintain safe conditions by applying ice melt or sand as necessary to prevent slips and falls.
• Assist with snow plowing operations when required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of snow removal tasks.

Requirements
While prior experience in snow removal is preferred, it is not required. Candidates must:

• Lift up to or more than 50 pounds.
• Be available on call whenever needed. Whether it be nights, days, weekends, or holidays.
• Be able to communicate efficiently with other employees.
