Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Installation Technician role based in Miramar Beach, FL. The Installation Technician is responsible for measuring, installing, and servicing glass products, including shower enclosures, windows, mirrors, table tops, and storefront systems. Daily tasks include preparing materials, loading and unloading glass and hardware, following work orders, and ensuring accurate, clean installations at customer locations. The role involves communicating with customers on-site, reviewing project details, answering basic questions, and ensuring work areas are left safe and tidy. The Installation Technician also collaborates with office staff and team members to schedule jobs, troubleshoot installation issues, and maintain tools and equipment.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on professionalism and respectful communication at job sites.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, builders, designers, and internal team members, both in-person and by phone or written documentation.
- Technical skills in Troubleshooting installation issues, resolving fit or alignment problems, and safely handling and installing glass and related hardware.
- Basic Cabling or low-voltage routing experience is helpful for installations requiring hardware, lighting, or accessory connections.
- Ability to read and interpret measurements, drawings, and work orders; strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Comfort with physically demanding work, including lifting glass, using power tools, climbing ladders, and working in varied indoor and outdoor environments.
- Previous experience in glass, construction, glazing, or a related trade preferred, but candidates with relevant hands-on installation or carpentry experience are encouraged to apply.
