Schedule
Delivery Associates work four 10-hour shifts per week.
Saturday AND Sunday availability is required.Please apply only if you are available to work both weekend days as part of your regular schedule.
Routes are generally designed to be completed within a 10-hour shift. Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs.

What You’ll Do
As a Delivery Associate with Premier Shipping, you’ll safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle while delivering packages to homes and businesses throughout your assigned route.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating a delivery vehicle throughout your shift
- Delivering packages accurately and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following all company safety and delivery procedures
- Using a smartphone and delivery technology to navigate your route
- Entering and exiting a delivery van frequently throughout the day
- Lifting, carrying, and delivering packages weighing up to 60 pounds
- Working independently while maintaining strong productivity and safety standards
This is an active position. Drivers may enter and exit their vehicle approximately 200 times per shift and should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
What We’re Looking For
Successful Delivery Associates are dependable, safety-focused, positive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Meet company driving and insurance requirements
- Successfully complete required background screening
- Be able to lift packages weighing up to 60 pounds
- Be comfortable entering and exiting a cargo van frequently throughout a 10-hour shift
- Be able to use a smartphone and maintain a reliable means of communication
- Provide excellent, professional customer service
- Consistently report to scheduled shifts on time
- Be available to work Saturday and Sunday
Previous delivery, transportation, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
