Experienced & Apprentice High Rise Window Technicians

As a member of our team you will learn to use rope access skills for tasks ranging from window washing and seal repair to building restoration and new construction cleans.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions!
Ability to push/pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Must have reliable transportation to our office - we start and end each day at our shop in NE Portland
Must be self- motivated with the ability to work alone
Must have a working cell phone for company field communication
Ability to pass a drug test (zero-tolerance policy including marijuana)
No fear of heights (just healthy respect)
Enjoy working in a team environment
Must have a valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record
Willing to start early - hours are typically 5am-1pm
WHO WE ARE
We take care of the exteriors of Portland’s coolest and tallest buildings. We offer window cleaning services for low-, mid-, and high-rise commercial properties, and we specialize in figuring out how to get into areas other companies find too difficult to access. We are proud members of the IWCA, International Window Cleaning Association and SPRAT, Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians. The majority of our technicians are SPRAT certified (Level 1, 2, and 3) and continue ongoing training as required to keep their certification current.
