Pay: Starting at $17/hour
We are a growing service-based company seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist customers professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Data entry and basic record keeping
- Support office staff with administrative tasks
- Maintain organized files and office systems
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a positive attitude
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
