We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Night Shift Safety Professional to oversee safety operations during overnight hours on construction sites. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive safety inspections of construction sites during night hours to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with OSHA, NEC, and other relevant safety standards, providing immediate guidance when deviations occur.
- Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential hazards specific to nighttime operations.
- Oversee occupational health practices, including ergonomic assessments and injury prevention initiatives tailored for night shift workers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance records using construction management software.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate safety training sessions and enforce safety policies effectively.
- Respond promptly to safety incidents or emergencies, coordinating with emergency responders as needed to ensure swift resolution.
Skills
