What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Person (Full-time) position at Premier RV Resorts?
This is a live-in position, and the successful applicant must be willing to relocate to the resort in their own RV that meets minimum standards. Candidates wishing to live offsite will not be considered.
Join us in the Pacific Northwest, land of mild climates, vineyards, and ocean breezes. Live and work at our beautiful resort in Eugene, OR. We have 2 year-round positions available, one at 40 hours/week and one at 32 hours/week starting at $15.05/hr (FHU site, propane and electric are deducted pre-tax).
Help us create a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests through detail-oriented maintenance, including identifying/addressing safety hazards, resort improvement projects, maintaining a clean/organized shop, ensuring appropriate storage of chemicals, poisons, and fuels, filling propane tanks, dog park sanitization, taking meter readings, providing escort and/or backup assistance, and assisting guests with technical/troubleshooting issues with their site. Experience with RV resort maintenance required, including irrigation, pool & spa, light electrical, plumbing, and general handyman skills. This is not a trainee position. Valid drivers license and clean background check required. Requires extended periods on feet and occasional heavy lifting. Available immediately.
