WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
You will create opportunities and build trust with homeowners in storm-affected and aging-roof areas. This is a professional, face-to-face role where you will:
- Engage with homeowners to identify roofing needs
- Educate customers on damage, options, and next steps
- Schedule free inspections with experienced specialists
- Support homeowners through the insurance process
- Train weekly with leaders who want you to win
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
- Training Phase: $500–$750 per week paid training
- Sales Representative: $6,000–$12,000 per month
- Roofing Specialist: $9,000–$18,000 per month
- Sales Manager: $250,000 annually
- Regional Manager: $350,000 annually
