ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an in-person, relationship-based sales role. You will work directly with homeowners to educate, guide, and support them through the roofing process by:
- Meeting with homeowners to assess needs
- Explaining roofing solutions and timelines
- Coordinating free inspections with expert teams
- Assisting customers through the insurance process
- Participating in ongoing coaching and development

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
- Paid Training: $500–$750 weekly
- Sales Representatives: $6,000–$12,000 per month
- Roofing Specialists: $9,000–$18,000 per month
- Sales Leadership: $250,000 annually
- Regional Leadership: $350,000 annually
Earnings include performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Advancement is earned, not promised.
