Primary purpose of the role:
We are currently looking for a Reconstruction Technician to join our team. Our Recon Techs put everything back together after the mitigation process is complete. We want someone who is analytical, who is naturally curious, and who can act quickly. Our techs work in teams and collaborate with internal departments to get the job done.
What you’ll be doing each day:
- Hanging doors, cabinet installation, framing
- Installing various types of flooring
- Hanging sheet rock; texturing
- Painting
- Basic plumbing; electrical skills helpful
- Be reliable and adept at construction problem solving
- Utilizing mobile devices, i.e. iPhones, Tablets, etc. for projects
- Visiting multiple job sites
- Updating clients on job progress
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience Requirements
- 2 Years of carpentry experience
- Reconstruction technician experience
- Own transportation and basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license
- Computer literate to work with our job management software program
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, move materials and large equipment in and out of trucks and homes/buildings
- Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods throughout the day
- Ability to bend at the knees and waist in a safe manner

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00/hour, depending on experience
Offers of employment are contingent on passing a background check and drug screen.
