What You'll Do
• Perform reconstruction and repair work on residential and commercial properties
• Install doors, cabinets, framing, drywall, and various flooring materials
• Complete drywall finishing and texturing work
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related challenges in the field
• Utilize company software, mobile devices, and tablets to document project progress
• Travel between multiple job sites as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding project updates
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently
• Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of carpentry, construction, remodeling, or reconstruction experience
• Restoration or insurance repair experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
