Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow analysis
- Conduct quantity take-offs, valuations, and payment applications
- Support contract administration and change order management
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
- Provide risk and value management assessments
- Liaise with contractors and ensure compliance with Company standards
- 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within large-scale construction
- Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing projects preferred
- Strong cost reporting and commercial management skills
- Proficient in industry tools such as CostX, Bluebeam, or MS Excel
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
