Please come join our team as the Restaurant Manager for our restaurant located in the Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel in Daytona Beach, Florida. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager. Previous managing restaurant experience is required. Local candidates only, non-smoking position.
Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Cast & Crew Restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and strong financial performance. This role leads front-of-house operations, supports team development, and upholds brand standards within the Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dining room, bar, and service areas.
• Ensure smooth service flow, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage staffing levels to meet business demands.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure food quality, presentation, and timing meet expectations.
Guest Experience:
• Provide leadership in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and enhance overall experience.
Financial Performance:
• Manage labor costs, food and beverage costs, and operating expenses.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue goals.
• Review daily sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure proper cash handling and compliance with financial procedures.
Team Leadership & Development:
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Compliance & Safety:
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure all local, state, and federal regulations are followed.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-4 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems (Toast preferred) and restaurant financials.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive results.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
