Responsibilities
- Manage remodeling projects from start to finish, from planning to final execution.
- Skills should include a working knowledge of various aspects of interior remodeling including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, carpentery, etc.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction tools and equipment.
- Oversee bathroom and kitchen renovations and other building trades involved in remodeling projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times while adhering to local building codes and regulations.
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in remodeling and building construction.
- Extensive knowledge of building material installation including drywall, tile laying, caulking, and trim carpentry.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and related construction equipment
- Some electrical and plumbing experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with safety protocol adherence to maintain a secure work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members effectively.
