What You'll Do
- Lead, schedule, and manage on-site crews and subcontractors of 2-5 people to hit daily and weekly project goals
- Execute and verify work against plans, scope, and code — with an eye for luxury finish quality
- Pre-plan tasks and coordinate materials, tools, and rentals to keep jobs moving without delays
- Train and coach crew members, run toolbox talks, and enforce safe work practices
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and client-ready at all times
- Communicate professionally with clients and flag timeline, scope, or change-order issues to the Project Manager
- Provide daily updates to the Project Manager on progress, client interactions, and risks
- Handle daily admin: time tracking, expense forms, meeting notes, and photo documentation
What You Bring
- 5 years leading remodeling or construction crews on residential and commercial projects
- Hands-on skill in finish carpentry, cabinet installation, framing, and basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Your own full set of remodeling tools and reliable transportation
- A sharp eye for quality control and a track record of solving problems before they become delays
- Comfort with jobsite documentation tools, time-clock software, and photo reporting
- Proven experience on high-end kitchen, bathroom, and whole-house remodels
- A track record of mentoring and developing crew members — this is a leadership role, not just a tradesperson role
Work Environment
This role is hands-on with active construction and involves lifting (able to lift up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders and scaffolds, and working in varying weather conditions. The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
