What You'll Do
- Perform evaluations and follow-up treatment sessions.
- Convert cash based clients to plans of care
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their progress and plan of care.
- Participate in weekly clinical training and mentorship.
- Contribute to workshops, community events, and practice growth initiatives.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that drives referrals and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with teammates to solve complex clinical problems.
