We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with administrative, billing, and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical documents
- Manage and respond to Zendesk tickets in a timely manner
- Assist with collections and follow-up on outstanding invoices
- Process credit card payments
- Handle weekly agent deductions
- Assist with light billing duties, including:
- Key
- Close fees
- RunBuggy billing
- Other miscellaneous invoices and charges
- Enter and update information accurately in company systems
- Answer phones and assist customers, clients, and team members as needed
- Perform general office and administrative support duties
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is a plus
- Basic accounting, collections, or billing experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
